The King of Pop was set to Tour and should have been in excellent health,the Autopsy found A "severely emaciated" Michael Jackson weighing just over 8 stone (51kg) and was disfigured and virtually bald,only undigested pills in his stomache.
It is impossible to think that those close to Michael especially his personal Doctor etc could not have had concerns over his deteriorated health.
It is almost Certain Michael was using a lot of prescription medication and was very stressed before his death,underweight and in general poor health.
